Fueling through growth, development, and puberty
And more!
The 4-part Fueled Gymnast Team Talk Series can be done either as a condensed series OR quarterly throughout the year and workshops will be scheduled individually in a way that will best support your team.
The Fueled Gymnast Team Talk Series is offered at 3 tiers of programming, depending on the size of your team or who is interested in the information. I have created these tiers to ensure that everyone gets the information that is most pertinent to them, while also being appropriate and sensitive.
As a registered dietitian with years of experience working with gymnasts, parents, and teams (as well as a former gymnast and coach myself), I know that what parents and coaches need to know and hear differs from what athletes need to know. And, I know that what is appropriate for a 16 year old gymnast likely differs from what a 10 year old needs to know.

It is of the upmost importance to me that the information being taught in our gyms is
-
Evidence based and supported by science
-
Age and developmentally appropriate
-
Focused on fueling for performance AND building a positive and healthy relationship with all foods
-
Actually helpful, realistic, and easily implemented
