We talked all about nutrition specifically for gymnasts, how it affects our wellbeing and even our tendency to experience injuries. I also shared how to start making good nutrition a priority, whether you do gymnastics 20 hours a week or 1 hour a week.

Dr. Dave Tilley, a physical therapist and founder of Shift Movement Science (and also a gymnastics coach and former NCAA gymnast) offers amazing content to help educate those involved in gymnastics about optimal performance and preventative rehabilitation strategies.
