I'm not usually big on New Years Resolutions. Usually, they're vast and unrealistic, with no real plan on how we're going to accomplish them. And when we're not perfect, we give up.
And why wait for a timer to go off before we're allowed to start a new journey?
Instead, let's use this year to set some intentions. Have a plan to get 1% better each day.
